Repeat PrescriptionsNice_vlue_pills

If your long-term medication has been approved on a repeat prescription basis you can re-order in a number of ways:

  • Online - bring your photo ID to reception and you will be given a unique ID to register for online services.
  • In person
  • - hand in your ‘repeat prescription’ slip (the white slip that detaches from the green prescription), or a request form, at the surgery.
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
  • By fax - to 01252 717076.

For your convenience prescriptions can be forwarded to a chemist of your choosing.

Please note that we do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
