Video consultations

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we may invite you to participate in a video consultation.  This is very easy to set up.  We send you a text and you click the link to enter the video consultation with your clinician.  Just remember to follow the on-screen instructions that direct you to click to allow camera and audio permissions.  More help available here.

Proxy access to children's records (age 11 to 16)

In accordance with National guidance, when a child turns 11, access to the medical record will automatically be switched off.  Parents who have proxy access will still be able to order prescriptions and book appointments but will no longer be able to view any aspects of the health record.  At age 16 the access will be closed completely and the child will need to re-apply for their own log in details.

If this level of access does not meet your family's needs, please contact the surgery so that specific consent arrangements can be put in place.
