Please let us know at reception if you have any particular communication needs so that we can make any necessary adjustments to communicate with you effectively.

Step-free access is provided at the rear of the surgery.  If you require help with a wheelchair, please call reception using your mobile or the intercom.  

We can provide a wheelchair for your use whilst you are in the surgery - please ask reception if this would be helpful.  

If you would like a large print version of any of our practice leaflets or policies please do not hesitate to ask.
